TechFoundHer to Deliver New All-Island Tech Programme for Women Entrepreneurs

TechFoundHer has been appointed to deliver WeBuild, a new all-island tech pre-accelerator, supporting 150 women to build tech-driven ventures over the next three years.

The programme, led by InterTradeIreland in partnership with Invest Northern Ireland and Enterprise Ireland, is supported under the Shared Island Enterprise Scheme, funded by the Government of Ireland.

WeBuild is designed for women founders who are developing tech-powered products and platforms but may lack the technical roadmap or support to move from prototype to traction. Over a 12-week sprint, participants will gain access to hands-on Build Labs, AI and no-code acceleration, technical roadmapping, commercial model development, an Investor Readiness Clinic, and an all-island peer network.

Why now?

The rise of GenAI and no-code tools has fundamentally changed who gets to build tech. Women no longer need a coding background or a technical co-founder to create credible, fundable products. What’s been missing is the structure, mentorship, and network to turn early prototypes into ventures that investors and customers take seriously.

WeBuild addresses that gap, providing a clear pathway from idea to traction. It’s backed by three enterprise agencies working together on women’s entrepreneurship at a scale unlike any before.

“This is our moment – the tools, the timing, and the opportunity have aligned. You don’t have to be a coder to build a credible tech product anymore. With GenAI and no-code tools, women can design, test, and launch faster than ever – but WeBuild goes deeper. It’s about building credibility: strong ideas, strong roadmaps, and ventures that investors and customers take seriously.”
