What is WeBuild?
WeBuild is a programme for ambitious women who want to move fast, think big, and build tech-enabled enterprises that solve real problems and pain points.
Grounded in industry insights and guided by expert mentors, it’s designed to help you make real, measurable progress.
Each week, you’ll make visible progress, sharpen your strategy, and grow the credibility that attracts funders, customers, and opportunities.
How Does The Programme Work?
Across a 12-week sprint and an intensive two-day Build Lab, you’ll make real progress on your product, clarify your roadmap, and learn how to harness AI and today’s tech tools to accelerate development and insight.
Each week, you’ll make visible progress, sharpen your strategy, and grow the credibility that attracts funders, customers, and opportunities.
WeBuild is more than a programme – it’s a movement empowering women to use today’s tech tools to accelerate progress and create solutions that tackle big problems.
“WeBuild challenges old narratives about who gets to build in tech – showing that with vision, focus, and the right tools, women can create extraordinary new solutions.”
Máirín Murray, co-founder of TechFoundHer
Programme Format
WeBuild is a four-month, part-time hybrid programme for ambitious women founders developing tech products and solutions.
It blends flexibility with focus – allowing you to run your business while making visible progress on your product.
Delivered primarily online, WeBuild is structured around a series of powerful in-person Labs and expert mentoring that includes:
- 🧠 12-week core sprint (mostly online) – weekly sessions, practical masterclasses, and group mentoring focused on product development, AI integration, customer traction, and funding — with five in-person days built in for deeper collaboration.
- 🧩 Two in-person Labs – held at key points in the programme (early and near the end) to apply frameworks, refine your product, and prepare for next-stage milestones.
- 🏕️ Two-day Residential Build Lab – an immersive, hands-on experience designed to fast-track product progress. You’ll use GenAI and no-code tools to test, iterate, and strengthen your MVP or product features alongside mentors and peers.
- 💬 Expert mentoring – access to experienced product designers, software engineers, and tech founders for one-to-one and small-group mentoring throughout the programme. These experts provide practical guidance, troubleshooting, and feedback on your product and roadmap.
- 💡 Investor Readiness Clinic – a dedicated follow-on phase to refine your product story, pitch, and funding strategy, and to connect with investors and funding networks across the island.
- 🔁 Ongoing network access – after the programme, continue to collaborate and grow through The Collective and the TechFoundHer alumni network.
Who is WeBuild For?
WeBuild is for ambitious women founders and entrepreneurs across the island of Ireland who have identified a big problem with global potential – and are developing tech-powered products or platforms to solve it.
They are:
- Building startups where technology plays a central role in developing new products or digital services.
- Innovating within an existing business – creating a new tech product, platform, or service as part of their next stage of growth.
- Past the idea stage – already testing, prototyping, or validating their concept.
- Ready to accelerate their tech strategy, roadmap, and credibility to engage funders, customers, and investors.
- Research-informed – with evidence of market insight, business planning, and/or early proof-of-concept development.
- Committed to full participation in the programme and available to attend in-person Labs in Dublin and Belfast.
What Will You Get From WeBuild?
By the end of WeBuild, you will have:
- Progressed the tech readiness of your product or solution – advancing from early prototype or MVP to a validated, improved version supported by a clear roadmap for your next build phase.
- Developed a detailed tech and product roadmap – defining your technical milestones, testing priorities, commercialisation steps, and scale plan.

- Tested, iterated, and validated your MVP – applying structured frameworks for product validation, user feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Built or refined your product during the hands-on Build Labs – using GenAI and no-code tools to accelerate development and strengthen your product’s core features.
- Defined your revenue model and growth strategy — understanding pricing, key features that drive revenue, and customer acquisition pathways
What Makes WeBuild Different?
WeBuild was designed by founders who’ve been through it themselves – women who’ve created, scaled, and exited tech ventures and know what it actually takes to go from idea to investment. Every participant is working on a tech-powered product, platform, or service, so the focus stays sharp: making ideas buildable, fundable, and scalable.
The programme is AI- and data-driven from the ground up. You’ll learn how to use generative AI and automation to bootstrap faster, make smarter decisions, and operate with the tools and mindset that define tomorrow’s founders.
Just as important, WeBuild demystifies the tech build itself. Too many founders get stuck because they don’t understand what development really entails. Here, you’ll get clear frameworks, practical tools, and expert support so you’re never building in the dark.
The environment is collaborative and creative. You’ll work alongside other ambitious women founders tackling real problems, sharing breakthroughs, experiments, and lessons as you build. And while the programme has all-island reach – with in-person Labs across Ireland and hybrid flexibility – it’s built with a global mindset. The alumni network keeps you connected and supported long after the programme ends.
